In Fun Faith classes, Plympton and Compton classes have been exploring the ‘Stations of the Cross’ through symbolic art work. Children designed the individual Stations, using pencil or charcoal, by creating a symbol for Jesus. In order to reflect Jesus’ ‘journey of love,’ some children were challenged to find a way of incorporating a heart into their design to show that Jesus’ journey was a walk of suffering, but ultimately of love.
