    Family Support Worker

    mjackson@stncs.uk

My name is Matt Jackson and I am St. Nicholas’ Family Support Worker. I am in school on a Thursday during term time. My role as a Family Support Worker is someone who helps families in need of practical or emotional support, particularly when difficulties arise around parenting and the wellbeing of children. This can involve implementing support strategies, giving information, completing referrals into supporting organisations and signposting, holding TAF (Team Around the Family) meetings, and offering support through Early Help.

If you wish to speak with me then please do not hesitate to contact the school office and leave a message and I will make contact as soon as possible.

I'm the new Attendance and Welfare Officer here at St Nicolas. I will be monitoring attendance regularly to ensure that, where possible, every child is in school on time every day. If you have any concerns around your child's attendance please leave a message with the office and I will contact you.
