On Monday 27th and Wednesday 29th June Year 1 and 2 went on a trip to Dawlish Warren. This was linked with our Science topic of 'Living Things'. We were lucky to be able to take part in a range of activities including going on an animal hunt in the woods, pond dipping and field sweeping. The children found so many living things including moths, beatles, leeches and even baby toads! All of the children were able to recall all of the information that we had learnt about in school, and really impressed the rangers with their knowledge! The children were all superstars and we were so proud of how they represented St Nicholas!
