World Book Day

 Last week, we all celebrated this year’s World Book Day with an assembly in the hall where we had lots of fun listening to a story, singing along to McGrammar and listening to the librarians tell us why they love reading and which books they recommended.  We did lots of reading activities in our classes and in the afternoon, Key Stage 2 were part of Michael Rosen’s online show celebrating 50 years of his brilliant poetry! The children were in fits of giggles at his stories and poems! Great fun! Remember that the library in school is open every Tuesday from 3:30-4pm.
